About the ITQC Practice

Customers turn to our experts to address the ever changing and complex requirements of the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
About the Role
Sikich is seeking an ERP Validation Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage relationships with both existing and new clients within the company's IT Quality & Compliance (ITQC) practice. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in CSV/CSA and GAMP 5 risk-based validation in FDA or EMA regulated environments and selling services in the GxP regulated Life Science Industry.
Essential Job Duties:
- Work with practice leads, partners, solution architects and sales team to identify new and expand existing ERP validation business opportunities.
- Work with clients and partners to estimate costs of potential ERP projects.
- Collaborate with team members to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership within the company and in public forums (blogs, articles, presentations, etc.)
- Monitor and provide feedback to practice leadership on industry and customer trends.
- Support sales by providing insight into industry-specific processes & best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to create brand awareness and create new leads.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on work experience with the Inventory & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Advanced Manufacturing, and Quality Management modules.
- 3+ years of Validation Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, and SAP
- BS/BA in related field or equivalent working experience
- 3+ years of customer facing experience in GxP Life Science Industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve client growth and retention targets
- Experience leading and delivering IT Quality/Validation projects
