Required: High School Graduate or Equivalent. One year experience in a hospital/ facilities/manufacturing environment or; completion of higher level of education requirements or; Transferable skills, example: one year or more in a call center, customer service application program, etc.
As anAdministrative Assistant - Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital - Facilities Department This position's primary duties include possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Communication: you should act confidently when it comes to exchanging information with employees of various seniority levels. This role allows you to work with both clinical and non-clinical staff and requires excellent customer service skills. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Job Summary
Responsible for scheduling, vendors, appointments, work orders, point of arrival reception, spreadsheets, all office functions, functions in a multi-disciplinary environment, which requires the application of excellent customer service skills.Qualifications:
