Public-Private Partnership Manager
The Opportunity:

That is why we need you, an experienced Public-Private Partnership Manager who can build coalitions within the health ecosystem and provide high-quality support.

As part of our team, you'll serve as a strategic technical consultant to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. Work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to society's most challenging health problems. Leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support of senior ARPA-H decision makers. Maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assisting with the management of current programs, and facilitating commercialization of successfully developed technologies.

You'll serve as a Public-Private Partnerships Manger helping clients to develop stakeholder management strategies, establish new business processes, and complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions. You will be responsible for managing incoming requirements, facilitating engagements within offices and across the Agency, and will be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success.You'll manage relationships, stakeholders, and workload to ensure close collaboration with external parties. You'll perform highly consultative advisory work. You'll manage events, meetings, travel and high-pressure deliverables with a sense of calm proficiency and great attention to detail

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in health or healthcare roles, including in government, tech, or finance

  • Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to demonstrate relationships in the health and tech ecosystem

  • Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced start-up environment

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Master's degree in Law, Public Health, or Social Work

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with U.S. government health organizations

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term projects effectively

  • Ability to pay strict attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
