Facilities Maintenance Analyst
Richardson, TX
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary consultant regarding facilities scheduling.
Build and deploy preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.
Design dashboards, KPIs/metrics, and self-service reports utilizing SQL and Tableau skills.
Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources.
Use key performance measures to find areas of improvement for efficiency and provide recommendations.
Ensure configuration control is maintained for data, processes, equipment, and documents.

Process oriented with a bias towards documentation and revision control.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data.
3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Project.
3+ years of Experience in Maintenance Operations.
3+ years of experience with Computerized Maintenance Software Systems.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Richardson, TX.
