The Associate II Marketing Technology (Data Integration) is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the integrated marketing technology stack and data roadmap. This position will also be responsible for creating UTMs and marketing lists according to defined specifications within our email automation platform. They will also gather and distribute all marketing leads to sales. They will be tasked with looking for opportunities to improve/ automate current data tasks/processes.

Responsibilities:
Execute specific elements of the integration roadmap with minimal direction
Build UTMs to support campaign tracking with minimal direction
Implement cross-platform workflows with minimal direction
Create and maintain marketing lists for a variety of print and digital media
Clean, standardize and upload data from a variety of sources
Merge, de-dup data from multiple sources
Compile and distribute all marketing leads to wholesalers
Process enhancements for list development, UTMs & Leads
Build dashboards and visualizations within PowerBI
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in the development of workflows, dataflows, or marketing technology integration
1 - 3 years of experience creating marketing lists
Experience with marketing automation or related marketing technology (preferred platform Eloqua)
Experience in business intelligence and analytics.
Experience actively using Microsoft SQL Server or other database platforms.
Experience using PowerBI or other visualization tools
Experience translating marketing campaign specification into list specifications (inclusion, exclusion, deduping).
Demonstrated experience in data manipulation and transformation
Experience using Excel for compiling and manipulating data. Understanding of different file formats (text, CSV, etc.) and accessing data in relational database platforms required.
Experience identifying and connecting dependencies across functions or technologies
Impeccable attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage within a deadline driven environment
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional team members
Enjoy solving process and architecture challenges
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
Protective's targeted salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective's total compensation package for employees.
This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
