3rd Shift

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for safety, quality and corrugator productivity
  2. Area housekeeping
  3. Responsible for hard copy order checking
  4. Responsible for Fosber 'Syncro' and process controls
  5. Strong computer skills - Corrugator operation 'heartbeat'
  6. Handles rotary shear and diverter.
  7. SPC charting
  8. Stacker monitor
  9. Other duties as assigned.
  10. Work as a Team
  11. Complete necessary paperwork

Decision Making:

Each position has the authority to make the necessary safety, quality and production principal accountability decisions for the operation.

Interactions with Customers and Contacts:

Each Team member is responsible for successfully maintaining internal and external (customer, vendor) relationships as well as making suggestions to plant management.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High School diploma
  2. Ability to work shift work and overtime.
  3. Must be a self-starter/self-directed.
  4. Must be interested in growth and developing a career with the Company.
  5. Passion, energy and enthusiasm

  7. Ability to work in a Team environment.
