The Space and Intelligence Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge technologies and capabilities to meet those needs.

SPA has an immediate need for a Program Administrator for the Space & Intelligence Division.

Responsibilities

The Space & Intelligence Division supports customers across DoD Space and the Intelligence Community ranging from USSF, OSD SCO, and other DoD entities, and IC organizations such as the NRO, NGA, NSA, and others. We conduct systems engineering (including all aspects of digital engineering, modeling, simulation, and analysis, architecture evaluation, requirements analysis, test and evaluation, and transition to operations), acquisition, program management, financial management, and related support to development, integration, and operations of systems for remote sensing, communications, position navigation, and timing, GEOINT, SIGINT, launch, and other critical space/intel mission areas. Division organizations operate in multiple locations including Northern Virginia, Colorado Springs, Los Angeles, and many others. The Division is actively growing through both organic and inorganic (M&A) growth.

This position provides direct support to the SVP and Division Director for Space & Intel, including integrating and supporting efforts conducted by 3 groups, multiple contracts, and over 300 personnel. Detailed duties include:

    Managing schedules, maintaining calendars, setting appointments, and keeping managers informed of constantly changing situations.
  • Routing and tracking internal and external written communication.
  • Developing and refining processes and systems to manage branch workflow supporting all Division leadership and staff.
  • Scheduling and coordinating both virtual and in-person conference rooms.
  • Managing branch files and records, databases, and business unit calendars.
  • Scheduling travel and preparing vouchers after travel in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining, updating, and editing a variety of routine documents and reports.
  • Assisting in on-boarding new personnel and ensuring workspace accommodations.
  • Compiling technical, financial, and other project/program information for inclusion in reports and presentations.
  • Conducting queries of open-source databases related to contracts and business opportunities.
  • Supporting office operations for multiple tenants to include supporting security and IT activities associated with SCIF operations.
  • Assisting in development of management presentations, creating PowerPoint charts, Excel tables, and Word documents.
  • Experience supporting/hosting customer conferences/meetings - help with agenda, attendees, logistics, food service, and other vendor interfaces.
  • Supporting proposal efforts with administrative support.
  • Other administrative duties, as required.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in office administration or a related field
  • 5-10 years' experience providing programmatic and administrative support to IC facing organizations and customers
  • Ability to communicate with senior personnel, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with Business related information systems such as G2X, GovWin, and others
  • Demonstrated experience supporting contract PMRs and proposal development
  • Familiarity with government/industry outreach organizations such as INSA, NDIA, AFCEA, and others
