Job Description
This is an Internal position responsible for selling Ampcus' services in a specified region to generate/deliver incremental revenue from existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction with new and existing clients, and delivering new revenue from those new clients.

Essential Functions

Alignment with Business Goals: The VP of Strategic Sales works closely with other executives, such as the CEO and CFO, to align sales efforts with the overall business goals and objectives.


Building and maintaining relationships with customers is a key responsibility.
Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers is another crucial responsibility.

Coordinate and communicate with the Account Director weekly to generate new business with existing clients
  • Coordinate and communicate with the proposal team for RFP opportunities to ensure timely and targeted responses that best position Ampcus to win business.
  • Implement Ampcus' sales strategy, actively prospect, and perform lead generation activities within assigned territory and/or accounts.
  • Perform market research activities utilizing all commonly used mechanisms.
  • Develop strong client relationships and a deep understanding of client culture, processes, and organizational hierarchy.
  • Effectively write communication and correspondence to existing and new clients to convey appropriate messages.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews for assigned clients face-to-face or via teleconference when required.
  • Participate in networking and outreach events to generate and support new sales business.
  • Coordinate trade show registration, exhibits, and all related duties for Ampcus to successfully market our services to attendees.
  • Track sales activities through established reporting mechanisms.
  • Interface directly with designated management to communicate results, status updates, opportunities, etc.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Ampcus' Service offerings with the ability to communicate value propositions, differentiators, and services to potential new and existing clients.
  • Support potential candidate interview process as needed with existing clients remotely or at the client location.
  • Perform all other duties as directed by the sales organization to foster client growth and satisfaction.
  • Communicate and act with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and organizational hierarchy guidelines.
Travel
This position may require more than 50% travel. Frequently travel within and outside of the main office location.
