Valiant Integrated Services has an exciting opportunity for a Task Order Manager supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Strategic Integration and Operations Integration Directorates. This position provides leadership, management, tasking, guidance, and mentorship for a contractor team, as well as expertise and analytical support to DTRA's Training and Exercise Division to support planning and assessment of DTRA training and exercise events. The successful candidate will execute the contract with limited direction, anticipate customer needs and proactively support those needs, and be responsible for all project deliverables.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance for Valiant support under the Task Order.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team, promoting teamwork, collaboration, continuous improvement, and adaptability while always ensuring professional and ethical behavior.
  • Ensure contract deliverables are provided in a timely and accurate manner, including Program Management Plan, Monthly Reports, Transition Plans, Government Furnished Property Reports.
  • Develop and implement quality control and management oversight plans to effectively manage the Valiant staff.
  • Manage timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification, provide corrective action plans, proposal submittals, and effective management of subcontractors.
  • Support the Assessments Phase of the Joint Training System by administering DTRA's Lessons Learned and Corrective Action programs.
  • Provide expertise on joint training processes and procedures; develop assessment instructions and guidance; develop Collection Management Plans; support control cell activities; observe, analyze, assess, and document lessons learned in after-action reports.
  • Support training and exercise plan development; assist in curricula and exercise design and development; support exercise scenario development; provide training event facilitation.

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated Program/Project Management experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of practical Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) experience.
  • Possess a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Be capable of working collaboratively with USG military and/or civilian personnel.
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools required.
  • Be capable of travel both CONUS/OCONUS and obtain and maintain a valid US Passport.
  • PMP or equivalent certification desired.
  • Experience in Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) processes desired.
  • Completion of Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) training course desired.
