Responsibilities
*
The IT Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting in trending and managing issues encountered in the server/client OS hardware and patching
*
The IT Support Coordinator also provides direct support to end-users and process requests in addition to interfacing with the Security, Application, Development, Engineering, and Infrastructure
*
This role will work with the Corporate Office and the community teams to help ensure operational procedures are followed to meet our high service-level standards
*
Works with cross functional teams to improve operational procedures and best practices in accordance with server management strategy
*
Set up and deploy employee systems, computers and equipment
*
Analyzes trend data to identify server related issues and assists teams to proactivelyimplement required resolutions/improvements
*
Ensures overall service levels for server uptimes are accurate using standards reviews
*
Employs continual service improvement though monthly metrics reviews
*
Communicates server process and procedures, working practices, and changes to internalteams and customers
*
Assists in coordinating monthly scheduled deployment of Windows and Linux/Unixpatches/upgrades
*
Attends to high severity change server maintenance windows and assists in documentingcompletion of the change
*
Assists in the determination of required server updates in the environment and workswith appropriate teams to coordinate the updates
*
Escalates issues for resolution to appropriate teams, when necessary
*
Runs compliancy and server health reports, as needed
*
All other duties as assigned
*
Implementation of new processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
*
Serve as the point of contact for audio/video equipment support
*
Follow common change control and management processes, patching standards, and processes to maintain server (systems) health across the enterprise
