We support our team in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Therapist position. Clinicians with solid clinical experience and an area of expertise in one of the areas listed below under experience or interest. You can expect to fill a caseload within a couple of months. Seeking a highly motivated therapist inspired to enhance their clinical expertise and grow with our company.

This position can be worked as a hybrid model.

If you are located in Henrico, VA you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake interviews (gather historical, medical, psychological, and developmental data)
  • Develop a treatment plan to address present needs
  • Conduct mental health assessments, development, treatment plan updates, and documentation in case notes according to insurance carrier requirements and professional standards
  • Provide evidence-based therapy that addresses the treatment goals and objectives of the individual
  • Document therapy sessions in EMR with appropriate CPT codes and diagnoses for treatment and billing purposes
  • Provide treatment reporting information when applicable to requesting agencies in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Work cooperatively (in compliance with HIPAA standards) with the client’s other healthcare/educational providers to reach treatment goals
  • Participate in offered training opportunities to gain knowledge and skills related to service delivery
  • Complete annual training requirements as required
  • Provide all clinical services via HIPAA-compliant technology in a secure and confidential environment

Job Competencies:
  • Understanding of Developmental, Cognitive, Clinical Psychology, and Therapy Modalities
  • Proficiency in writing skills
  • Ability to assess & diagnose in accordance with the DSM-V & ICD-10
  • Ability to always present self professionally to clients and co-workers
  • Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of clients and staff

Required Qualifications:
  • Clear and active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensed in Virginia
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

Preferred Qualification: 
  • Experience with DBT Therapy
  • Experience with children and adolescents
  • Exposure Response Prevention ERP for the treatment of OCD
  • Evidence-based treatments for PTSD
