S3 Training Specialist

The Opportunity:

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your expertise and grow your skills to provide training support to our warfighters? We're looking for a S3 Training Specialist to help develop and deliver a variety of Information Operations (IO) training programs to live audiences, provide stand-up classroom instruction, and apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise to help enrich instruction. Your communication skills will come in handy as you share your experience and work as a vital member of a team to solve daily challenges as we support and improve U.S. military operations.

As a S3 Training Specialist you have the opportunity to grow your expertise and broaden your skillsets into areas like cyberspace operations, military deception, and Electronic Warfare and Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA). We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • Experience with developing and delivering various Programs of Instruction (POI)

  • Experience with running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops

  • Ability to author curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation processes

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma and 7 years of experience with Information Operations (IO) or Information Related Capability (IRC), including Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Combat Camera (COMCAM), Civil Affairs (CA), Public Affairs (PA), Electronic Warfare (EW), CEMA, Cyberspace Operations, or Special Technical Operations (STO) or Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience with IO or IRC, including PSYOP and MISO, COMCAM, CA, PA, EW, CEMA, or STO

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience with DoD teaching and instructing

  • Knowledge of Army training regulations and policies

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
