Overview

The IT Project Manager shall perform the below tasks to include, but not limited to, the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide full access to Tatitlek's corporate personnel required to resolve issues that arise during the period of performance.
  • Ensure commitment of all resources required for the successful performance including successful technical and contractual resolution of all issues that pertain to that performance.
  • Manage resources and supervise contractor staff in the performance of all work.
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and execution of all PWS activities.
  • Ensure that the schedule, standards, reporting, changes, and subcontract management responsibilities, if applicable, are met.
  • Actively pursue solutions to correct deficiencies when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary interface and liaison with the KO, COR, and Government Program Managers.
  • Meet weekly (at least) with the Government Program Manager and COR at a Government-identified location.
  • Attend status meetings, and provide minutes of meetings, as requested.
  • Identify qualified key personnel and team leads as appropriate.
  • Ensure that personnel duty hours are conducted within established hours of operation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5-10 years of Program Management experience.
  • Must obtain and maintain an active SECRET Clearance.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize business needs and issues.
  • Follow-up, follow-through, and project management skill required.
  • Demonstrated strong time management, planning and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to interface with all levels within an organization.
  • Must be skilled in developing positive customer relations skills.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • One of the following: PMI Program Management (PgMP), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).

As assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Essential functions require light to moderate physical exertion in lifting and carrying items weighing from 10 to 50 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds with assistance. The position requires long periods of standing, stooping, climbing and working in areas of operating equipment.

Work shall be performed throughout the buildings and some outside work may be required.

This position is subjected to high level noises, fumes from solvents and soil from grease.
