Job Description
How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:


Efficiently and accurately creates legal documents recording birth and death records. Manages data and records in a confidential manner.

  • Completes required documentation to complete a live birth record for each infant born at CRCH. Maintains knowledge of Electronic Birth Certificate system.
  • Completes required documentation to complete a Paternity Establishment record.
  • Completes required documentation for Fetal Death reporting. Maintains and shares statistics.
  • Works with the healthcare team to maintain a professional and caring environment.
  • Maintains confidentiality for patients and staff.
What We Require:


Education: High School graduate, applicable college preferred.

Experience: Previous vital records and/or computer experience preferred, Medical terminology preferred.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Must maintain eligibility to possess Notary Public status.
