Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Mule Developer with an Angular/Java background to support our contract with the U. S. Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS).

As a Mule Developer at IntelliBridge, you will be part of an integrated project team delivering scalable and secure solutions. You will use user-centered and agile methodologies to build and continuously deploy server and client-side solutions. You will perform in AWS cloud environment to support the continuous development, deployment, integration, and monitoring of server and client-side solutions. As a member of a project delivery team, you will collaborate with project and product managers, user experience designers, and business analysts. Your efforts will directly serve and assist end-users. Your work will be produced in the context of IntelliBridge's DevSecOps practices, including but not limited to continuous development, deployment, integration, and monitoring. Developers at IntelliBridge are expected to have experience developing or integrating databases as well as developing and integrating server and client applications.

Clearance:

• Public Trust clearance requires a background investigation (BI) and entry on duty (EOD) status. This must be applied for upon acceptance of employment offer. Candidates with existing or recently completed Public Trust background investigations are preferred.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Design and develop new process flows within Mule to automate and streamline business processes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of migrating Mule 3.x applications to Mule 4.x
• Analyze system logs to perform root-cause analysis of performance or infrastructure issues.
• Work with teams to effectively design, build, and deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Work with other teams to coordinate integration testing across multiple (more than 3) teams.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies.
• Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
• Design or customize software for client use to optimize operational efficiency.
• May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:

Mule Engineers shall be mid to senior level experience and:

• 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on development projects using DevSecOps, DevOps, and AWS
• 3+ years of Mule 3.x or Mule 4.x development
• 3+ years of Java development
• Experience with Content Management System Integration
• Experience deploying applications to AWS
• Experience of RESTful API-based applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience delivering as part of Agile Development teams and strong familiarity with Scrum and/or Kanban delivery models
• Experience with software containerization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
