LinQuest is seeking a Pricing Associate II to join our team remotely. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance is required.

The Pricing Associate II will require basic knowledge of pricing activities and cost volumes. The Pricing Associate II will assist with proposal pricing and other financial support to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development of cost pools, cost narratives, daily strategy for competitive bid and solicitation.
  • Provide pricing group support including maintenance of price database and internal models and tools.
  • Assist with development, analyzing, evaluation, coordination, preparation, and supports cost proposals.
  • Assist with developing pricing response for business proposals (Firm Fixed Price, T&M, CPFF/CPAF) monitoring for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of basis of estimate (BOE) on large proposals; train engagement team personnel to create a thorough BOE.
  • Assist with development of cost pools, cost narratives, daily strategy for competitive bid and solicitation.
  • Provide pricing group support including maintenance of price database and internal models and tools.
  • Adhere to FAR, DFAR, DCAA, TINA, CAS and corporate policies and procedures with regard to cost proposal preparation, review, submission and negotiation.
  • Understanding of task prioritization.
  • Documents steps of work.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Requires 3+ years of experience or equivalent level of knowledge and performance.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office and other required tools.
  • Knowledge of management of all contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of an enterprise services specialty or function.
  • Proficient in the use of standard computer applications and tools.
  • Communicates clearly to others and actively listens.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Shows initiative by learning new skills and tasks in the enterprise services specialty.
  • Supports the company mission and values.
  • Listens and responds constructively to other team members ideas.
  • Works well with others.
  • Seeks feedback and learns from mistakes.
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance is required.

Compensation: Salary ranges from approximately $63,928 - $89,738, depending on location, relevant experience and qualifications.
