Culmen International is currently on the lookout for part-time consultants with a specialization in Cyber Workforce Development.
We seek professionals to guide, streamline, and deliver strategic workforce solutions for recruiting, training, managing, and retaining top-tier cyber talent within the Ministries of Defense of Partner Nations.
Qualified candidates should possess experience in:
- Cyber Workforce Development
- Determining human resource requirements
- Understanding military personnel systems, ranks, and force structures
- Identifying career and training pathways for cyber defense professionals
- Assessing the cyber workforce and implementing measures to develop cyber capabilities over time
- A Secret-level security clearance is mandatory.
- Experience in handling cyber workforce issues within the Military/Department of Defense.
