We are looking for a Content Specialist to help us with asset management and content creation. As a Trex Content Specialist, you will be looked to as an innovator and expected to support and ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and style guide, maintaining consistency and compliance across various channels. This role is a key member of our Marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Put safety first - always.
  • Lead and foster our "people first" culture.
  • Maintain Digital Asset Management tool and other portals and platforms that house multimedia assets.
  • Organize and maintain key content marketing items such as editorial calendars, email template development/upkeep, and literature online/offline components.
  • Help create various content elements for expanding outreach via organic social media, and schedule posts using identified platforms to help optimize efforts.
  • Source and support user-generated content streams and implement improvements.
  • Track community management and help our customer experience center team actively engage with our online community in real time.
  • Collaborate closely with brand, digital, product and channel teams to get feedback on content plans, calendars, timelines, messages, and channel activation.
  • Review content in literature, videos, other for brand consistency, style, and voice.
  • Maintain and report weekly detailed content marketing metrics to track progress and drive decision making.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for leaders with a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field of study and 2+ years of experience in content and social media marketing at an agency or brand. If you have previous experience with graphic design, copywriting, digital asset management and a strong working knowledge of organic social media, we want to hear from you.
