What You'll Do

As the CDL Driver / MPU Operator, you will be responsible for safe operation of Mobile pumping units, tractor and trailer equipment transporting loaded and empty trailers to support customers and production plant(s). Duties will include:

• Operates tractor and trailer, van trailers, dry bulk and liquid tank trailers as well as auxiliary equipment..
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions
• Knowledge and use practices that are consistent with company policies and procedures including applicable technical modules, SOPs, work instructions and safety policies and procedures.
• Checks equipment daily (pre and post use) to maintain efficient and safe operational status, reporting maintenance requirements immediately.
• Maintains various required driver logs, time and trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Learn, apply and accurately update all applicable modules of Manager Plus (or other) maintenance tracking software
• Proactively manage safety issues and practice Take 5! process.
• Maintain safe working conditions and assure that all crew members and others on the site follow all safety and regulatory procedures and practices to ensure a safe and successful event
• Perform continuous loading and unloaded duties ranging from 50100 pounds.
• Maintain a good driving record responding receptively to coaching and training.
• Operates within the Smith System with respect for the Smith5Keys
• Verifies products loaded for delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Class A CDL required
• Tanker, Air Brakes, HAZMAT endorsement required
• No preventable accidents in the past (3) years
• No more than (1) minor moving violation in the past (3) years while operating a personal vehicle of commercial motor vehicle
• No convictions for DUI, DWI last 10 years
• Must be willing to undergo and pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to communicate in writing and verbally
• Willingness to work early mornings and 10 - 12 hour shifts
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• MSHA Training is preferable
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player

Pay rate: $29/hr
