Position Responsibilities

  • Actively managing the Management P&L consolidation
  • Preparing monthly forecasts, analyzing results and providing detailed variance analysis
  • Developing corporate scorecards, dashboards and KPI metrics
  • Collaborating with FP&A, Accounting Operations, G/L Accounting and International Accounting colleagues
  • Identifying risks and opportunities and exhibiting leadership qualities in decision making

You will also:
  • Provide support for annual plan, monthly forecasts and performance reporting
  • Quickly develop an understanding of Deltek objectives to effectively play a key role as a business partner
  • Support monthly results analysis and reporting - provide detailed explanations for variances, and research open items
  • Develop reporting, analyze, and present findings on business operations, working cross-functionally to gather data and automate reporting where possible
  • Help identify cost saving and profit maximizing opportunities to improve current processes, and provide more meaningful information to key decision makers
  • Prepare dashboards, KPI's and insightful presentations for senior management to concisely summarize performance targets and progress toward initiatives
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis. Experience supporting Professional Services team a plus

  • Demonstrated analytical and systems skills, and self-driven desire to investigate variance issues

  • Self-starter capable of managing competing deadlines and requests

  • Experience with corporate computerized budgeting/accounting systems and multi-dimensional database management tools

  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

  • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities & assignments as they are identified

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team

Compensation Information

The U.S. salary range for this position is $66500.00 - $99999.75. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
