The RME Site Launch Managers will partner with WW Engineering, Startup, Operations Engineering, Robotics, RME, JLL Account team and Transition Team to deliver a turnkey maintenance operating environment with minimal equipment defects for the 3P Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team.

This position is tasked with oversight and delivery of individual site launches, following RME Launch Program mission and objectives. The role ensures alignment with JLL Transition Team, Site (RME) Operations team and client Startup teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads site RME team, EHS and CMMS Site Launch Managers and related activities to ensure the launch mission is accomplished safely, accurately and timely
Works with various entities and coordinate launch program to ensure site launch is executed timely and accurately
Attends regularly scheduled meetings to ensure JLL interests are held at all client and OEM facing levels
Ensures assets are uploaded in EAM within 30 days of site turnover (may not coincide with Launch date) and targets improvement goals
Establishes active PMs in EAM prior to launch where possible, no later than 15 days after assets are loaded in EAM
Works with Startup team to ensure all parts are received, stowed and inventoried prior to launch
Attends weekly procurement review meetings with Procurement and standards
Attends weekly module review meeting with the Standards team
Approves all RME change management requests with the standards team
Maintains IOQ app to ensure field documents are complete
Coordinates with RME Startup Program Manager to ensure spare parts are acquired timely and completely; participate in weekly calls with spare parts vendors to monitor PO receipt and delivery status
Coordinates Laptop procurement and issuance process with IT and Startup Purchasing Team
Maintains RTL checklist real-time dashboard for the site
Ensures knowledge assessments are implemented and technicians demonstrating appropriate competencies
Administers Red Vest (new hire) program
Identify opportunities to improve costs and inefficiencies in the launch process
Documents program protocol, procedures and practices to ensure repeated and consistent delivery in meeting client need

DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES
Ability to lead large groups of people without formal reporting structure
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Ability to execute methodically and work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of maintenance or property management experience
Experience managing diverse teams without formal authority
Project management experience
Strong understanding of MHE and robotic maintenance and system operations
Excellent computer skills - Sharepoint, Excel, Word, CMMS systems and work trackers
Knowledge of building launch and startup processes including skills qualifications
