About the Role

Provide timely and effective compensation and benefits analytical support and manage ANJ (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea) compensation and benefits framework to ensure consistent, equitable and competitive across the region and for local markets. Also, this role will be responsible for supporting. the business regarding people expenses (compensation, variable compensation and HR expenses) for all company, leading the analysis, forecasting and overall Fixed Cost Control Program (or Zero-Based Budgeting "ZBB").

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely, accurate reporting on ZBB People Package across ANJ.
  • Coordinating monthly, annual ZBB package review and forecasting across ANJ.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for people costs (salary and salary related costs).
  • Global Banding framework implemented in local ANJ markets.
  • Internal relativities maintained with respect to salaries & bands.
  • Management of smooth, error free annual merit/performance bonus processes on-time and within budget.
  • Manage, advise and monitor all aspects of incoming and outgoing mobility, international assignment and remuneration arrangements for expat population in ANJ.
  • Perform regular and ad hoc analysis on HR data to identify trends, and enable key people decisions making (e.g. retention, engagement).
  • Manage the overall MBO planning process and development of the ongoing deployment. Coordinate the efforts with the global leaders and liaise with the zone MBO facilitators on the deployment, tracking and meeting rituals.

About You

  • 8+ years of compensation & benefits experience or finance related discipline.
  • Working knowledge of relevant tax and industrial relations frameworks.
  • Compensation / executive compensation design and delivery experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence key leaders.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Business, Finance or similar qualification.
