JOB SUMMARY: Shipyard Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for the proper administration, planning, scheduling and budgets for Ship Repair Projects.( SRA, ISRA, CMAV, MSC, HABITABILITY, USCC )
Heads, plans, oversees, and coordinates the divisional operations of the organization toward the achievement of established operating objectives.

The Operations Manager has the authority to make decisions involved with carrying out the above responsibilities. However, the Operations Manager may not, without the approval of the Division Director:

QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in marine engineering, Naval Architecture or a degree in another technical discipline. MBA would be an asset; 15 years of senior leadership experience, and minimum of 10 years in a related marine, shipyard, or industrial environment. An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable for the right candidate. Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
