Junior PMO Project Analyst - Top Secret
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Analyst to support contractor's Program Management Office (PMO) at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's Industrial Security Directorate spanning Entity Vetting (EV), Business Analysis, Risk Mitigation, Cyber Operations, and Field Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager and contractor team in developing, aligning, and reporting on project plans, tracking operational progress, analyzing program data and task area output metrics, and budget tracking. Top Secret

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or maintain, track, and report on all program activities through an integrated master schedule (IMS)
  • Track and record project financials to ensure program operations remain on time/budget
  • Track and report on cross-program operational metrics through frequent coordination and contact with task area leads
  • Assess, package, and prepare reports for senior-level consumption regarding all program operational activities
  • Assess project data and metrics to identify areas for potential improvement and provide recommended courses of action for improvement
  • Record and track program resources
  • Maintain and update, as required, program knowledge registries/repositories

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in general business management or consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in applying analytical standards to business intelligence data
  • 1-3 years' experience in business data analytics, metrics review, and/or reporting
  • 1-3 years' experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions
  • 1-3 years' experience using, updating, and providing minor modifications to SharePoint or similar knowledge repositories
