The Space and Intelligence Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge technologies and capabilities to meet those needs.

SPA has an immediate or near term need for a seasoned Systems Engineer - Project Technical Lead who wants to part of SPA's fastest growing Division with an exciting mission critical to national security objectives!

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing specialized expertise supporting the acquisition analysis of multi-intelligence (multi-INT) solutions and services. You will be assisting and advising Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise. You will perform engineering and analysis to ensure programs successfully develop and deliver core mission processing services in all phases of the acquisition life cycle. You will Provide day-to-day collaboration with development contractors, other Government program office personnel and Government Customers on systems engineering and acquisition functions in the domain area of GEOINT collection, mission management and mission processing. You will also be expected to support management, leadership and oversight within a highly diversified team that support Ground Intelligence acquisitions providing cutting-edge capabilities to the intelligence community.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

    TS/SCI Clearance with a CI Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM
  • 10-15 years' experience working in the IC
  • Experience with agile software development and systems engineering
  • Understanding/experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development pipeline
  • Experience working with MULTI-INT sources
  • SETA Experience with oversight for cost, schedule, and performance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Cloud development, cloud architectures
  • Cloud certifications e.g. AWS, Azure, Google
  • Experience working with Tactical Data Links
  • Experience with Multi-domain systems
  • Maritime tools experience
