Kratos Defense and Rocket Support Services is currently seeking an Inventory Management Specialist responsible for the supply, maintenance, and readiness posture of the Uncrewed Vehicle Support Systems (UVSS) Product Office fielded systems under PM Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). Managing the item package requires the following activities: requirements determination, distribution, depot level maintenance, procurement, and disposal direction. Aggressively manage assigned items and ensured they remain in a positive supply posture. Maintain a healthy supply posture by providing accurate forecasts which keep repair program changes to a minimum, coordinate with the OEM to validate lead times preventing unnecessary and/or late procurement requirements, monitor long-term contracts to ensure all options are utilized and release requisitions in a timely manner.
- Monitor equipment repairable statuses and shipments to organizations
- Conduct major end item inventories with commercial vendors
- Review Modifications Work Orders and provide necessary feedback for decision execution
- Develop sourcing plans and monitor/ prioritize repairable spares

Required Experience:

- US citizenship is required
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES PREFERRED:
- Uncrewed Vehicle Support Systems (UVSS) PM Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) Sustainment Knowledge
- Experience working in a DOD field
- Microsoft Office 365 Tools
- Microsoft TEAMs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 11 years with High School Diploma
REQUIRED TRAVEL:
- 25% Annually
