The RMR Group is a vertically integrated real estate company, managing and operating over $41 billion of commercial and multifamily real estate investments nationally. This position is part of The RMR Group's commercial real estate lending platform, Tremont Realty Capital.
Reporting to the Vice President, this role will involve working closely with the Loan Asset Management team in the diligence, closing, asset management and servicing of commercial and multifamily bridge loans in a fast-paced team environment.
A successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills and a basic understanding or real estate finance, terminology and performance metrics. The candidate must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
