Account Manager - IT Department
Reston, VA - ON SITE

MUST:

1-3 years of prior sales and business development experience desired
Strong customer service experience
Comfortable with high volume calls
Experience utilizing ATS systems along with job boards
Ability to work with Recruiters and customers in a fast paced - team oriented environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs on a regular basis
Possess strong communication and computer skills
Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task
BA/BS degree (desirable)


Quadrant is a leading provider of strategic Healthcare & Technology staffing services in the DMV. Our sales team is composed of energetic, aggressive professionals who are responsible for proactively identifying new clients and candidates, while servicing and managing an existing base of customers.

We are on site at our Reston headquarters Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. There are no hybrid or remote options for this position.
