About your role:
As an ABA Therapy Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician you will offer direct supportive services to children/youth and their families with mental, behavioral, or emotional disturbances resulting in significant functional impairment. You will primarily be working with the Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome population, but may also work with children/adolescents with other mental health diagnoses such as ADHD, PTSD, ODD, Disruptive Mood Disorder, Anxiety/Depression, etc. Providing education, training, and support to your clients in the home and community, you will engage them in change, help sustain their progress and enable them to become more successful in their family unit as well as across settings/environments.

Does the following apply to you?
- 2+ years experience working with children with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome, etc.
- Bachelors OR Masters Degree in a Human Services field (Psychology, Social Work, ABA, etc.)
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and provide crisis response to clients
- Registered Behavior Technician or willing to obtain your RBT certification from the BACB. (Training and supervision is available)
