Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a Quality and Mission Assurance Specialist to support the Joint Counter- small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO). The successful candidate willprovide expertise in support of JCO Secretariat Division Chief, JCO Director, and other senior JCO leaders.In this position, the incumbent will assist in developing, synchronizing, and integrating JCO products to ensure adherence to quality standards and established plans. The successful candidate will coordinate with a diverse portfolio of C-sUAS stakeholders including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Military Services and Federal agencies.

Duties will include:

• Develop and communicate action plans to support organizational goals and overcome challenges.
• Maintain clear and complete knowledge of JCO business processes and procedures and enforce quality standards with both internal and external organizations.
• Provide process control services including staff action guidance, administrative expertise, program management and analytical functions essential to the management and operation of the JCO staff.
• Produce final formatted products that are clear, concise, complete and accurate to include but not limited to e-mail correspondence; fact sheets; memorandums; after action reports; executive summaries; military briefs; oral presentations, and policies.
• Assign and review work; assure production and accuracy requirements are met.
• Prepare briefings and represent the JCO at meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.
• Execute staff actions to support JCO efforts.
• Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.

Job Requirements

• Secret level security clearance is required
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years of related work experience
• Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
• Senior Military Staff experience preferred
