We are currently seeking thought leaders in the Workday Student Financials space to deliver superior results to our clients.Senior Principal Consultants at this level will be expected to:

Responsibilities:

• Be a Workday product expert with knowledge of design, configuration,testing and implementation.

• Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.

• Drives and makes decisions regarding tactical direction of projectworkstreams.

• Identifies dependencies and supports interplay between differentworkstreams within a project.

• Leads, mentors, and oversees the work of other Consultants withintheir projects.

• Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configurationdecisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client'sunique business requirements at all stages of the project.

• Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project,ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday Student solution.

• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping theclient, your project team and your Engagement Manager abreast ofchanges or progress related to the project.

• Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.

• Display your hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading clientdata, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuringbusiness processes and security.

• Utilize your technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into dataconversion templates via iLoads.

• Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providingsupport for shadow assignments.

• Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to shareone's skills and learnings with others within the organization.

• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Subject Matter Expertise in Student Financials, ideally in a lead role on a Workday Student project

• Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements

• Report writing experience highly desired

• Workday Student certification is required unless the individual has experience with the Workday Student financials module

• Project leadership in support of overall direction and delivery of functional solutions

• Passion for exceptional customer service

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed
