Quality Engineer (Project Embedded)
The Quality Engineer is responsible for documenting, managing, implementing, and institutionalizing the Quality Assurance plan for the assigned business unit and/or service center.
Perform Quality Control tasks to include:
1. Document tailored processes across the value stream using ISO, CMMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, PMBOK, ITIL and other internationally recognized process frameworks.
2. Understand challenges in the existing AS-IS processes and recommend improvements for process optimization
3. Identify technical and administrative controls and create rules, policies, and procedures for the control implementation.
4. Lead all activities involving quality assurance, compliance, audits, deliverables, and process improvement.
5. Conduct project specific audits to measure the degree of adherence to documented policies and procedures.
6. Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
7. Develop project scorecard on Quality Assurance and report to project and executive teams on the level of adherence.
8. Work on special process improvement projects to identify root cause and put in place corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
Experience / Education Required:
* 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree (preferably Industrial/Systems Engineering)

* Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
