Position Summary

This is a Key Person position at the Sustainment Exercise Simulation Directorate (SESD) Fort Gregg-Adams, VA in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is mid-April 2024.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

  • Support sustainment-focused home-station exercises for the following types of units: Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Division Sustainment Support Battalion, Sustainment Brigade, Division Sustainment Brigade, Expeditionary Sustainment Command, and Theater Sustainment Command.
  • Scenario development for the Pacific and Europe based current operational environment.
  • Operations Order writing and refinement.
  • Develop and refine event products and templates: exercise battle rhythm, battle rhythm "quad" charts, and outlines and schedules for training.
  • Creation and management of the Event Support Manning and Equipment document (ESMED): Baseline document used by the Training Readiness Authority (TRA) for staffing and tasking units for exercise support personnel.
  • Master Scenario Event List Development: storylines, situations, and storyboards tailored to generate contingencies for established courses of action.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in logistics or supply chain management
  • Military Education Level 4 complete
  • Minimum of 10 years of military primary staff officer experience
  • 6 years experience with military training and training support
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-echelon (battalion thru Theater) OPORD development
  • United States citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance
