Wieland Provides is hiring a CNC Machine Operator 3rd SHIFT. This role is located in Verona, VA and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Friday 10pm-6am

CNC Machine Operator 3rd SHIFT Responsibilities:

Plans machining by reading, interpreting, understanding, and working from blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, labor summaries and other written, electronic, or verbal instruction.
• Work with a variety of ferrous, non-ferrous and alloy materials.
• Programs equipment by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation
• Sets up equipment by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, heads, etc.
• Maintains specifications by observing, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, adjust and/or programming controls.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Maintains equipment by completing operator maintenance requirements, following manufacturers and/or company instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions and/or calling for repairs.
• Maintain required records in either written or electronic form.

CNC Machine Operator 3rd SHIFT Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 3 to 5 years' previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Mathematical reasoning
• Control precision
• Mechanical - Machines/tools and their uses, design, and maintenance
• Design - Techniques, principles, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Engineering Technology - Application of principles/techniques in production
• Production - Raw materials, processes, safety, and quality assurance
