Summary:

We are seeking an Innovation Section Data Analyst to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Army National Guard Recruiting Operations Center for the HRR Innovation Section (ICE) Support Services.

This is a Part-Time Position

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Provide general data analysis, statistical analysis, and production of statistical reports in support of the Recruiter Incentive Program (RIP) Pilot, the Enlisted Strength Management Branch and the Strength Maintenance Division.
  • Responsible for data analysis in support of RIP, the highest priority program.
  • Shall verify the accuracy and quality of RIP data to prepare specific analysis to submit to branch and division leadership.
  • Responsible for ad hoc data analysis in support of the innovation section, which in turn supports both the Enlisted Strength Management Branch and the Strength Maintenance Division.
Qualifications

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Have a working knowledge and utilize a variety of Army personnel systems to include FTSMCS, DPRO, KEYSTONE, ARISS (or updated accessions system), and FAZR.
  • Shall be proficient in and utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)

  • High School diploma required.
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive previous experience with ARNG.
  • Must have a working knowledge and the ability to utilize a variety of Army personnel systems to include FTSMCS, DPRO, KEYSTONE, ARISS (or updated accessions system), and FAZR.
  • Secret Clearance Required.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, skills)

  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
