Requirements for consideration:

Minimum Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Years of Experience:

  • 1 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Provides quality customer service and technical phone support.
  • Maintains positive client relationship through timely, courteous, accurate, and efficient handling of calls.
  • Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing.
  • Provides requested information to clients.
  • Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely.
  • Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
  • Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team and department development.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
