Minimum Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
Experience Required
  • 10 years of experience in performing program management support services and responsibilities outlined below
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior Federal personnel.
  • Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and to apply those interpretations to all activities.
  • Provide clear leadership, technical direction, and guidance to contractor personnel.
Job Objective
Perform as the Program Manager to provide Program Operations Support to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP).
Responsibilities
  • Consults with and advises Government concerning requirements, risks, issues, project plans, schedules and required program resources.
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Provide project management support throughout the life of the task order to include reporting, troubleshooting, presentations, creating and maintaining project-related documentation.
  • Provide support for meetings with stakeholders to include organizing meetings and taking notes.
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree required
