Description:
Markon is currently seeking a Requirements Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers to manage the requirements gathering process for a software development team.
Duties include:
- UtilizingServiceNow to gather requirements
- Manage customer requestqueues.
- Coordinate with client to pinpoint requirementenhancements and defects to ServiceNow
- Use customer requirements to create stories for the software development team.
- Create reports and dashboard
- Other duties may include: task board creation, data entry analysis and other miscellaneous activities using ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience creating user stories
- Experience with data analytics and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization (consulting and leadership experience a plus)
