Job Description

The Building People are seeking a qualified TRIRIGA Technical Lead to support immediate TRIRIGA solution delivery as well as other COTS solution technologies to support a growing portfolio of federal government, local government, non-profit, and commercial customers - all while operating remotely.

The TRIRIGA Technical Lead will provide direct consulting services in assisting with implementation and business transformation as it relates to TRIRIGA for an enterprise solution merging the capabilities of Real Property Asset Management (RPAM), and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Provide complex technical designs to address business challenges.
  • Lead a team of Application Developers to successfully deliver to technical design specifications.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to management.
  • Provide accurate estimates to internal team members on time to build and test enhancements.
  • Customize/Configure, test and deploy the solution through all phases of the software development life cycle.
  • Create and promote Object Migration Packages consistent with Best Practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and other subject matter experts across the internal and external landscape.
  • Perform Review and Assessments services on client environments, as requested, including Workflow Optimization and Admin Console capabilities.
  • Analyze user requirements to derive software design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features and functionality.
  • Data map, manipulate and migrate various database systems and enterprise applications.
  • Participate in planning and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Resolve technical support issues when escalated.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications in local, staging, and production environments.
  • Manage source code and revisions/changes using GIT and other related technologies.
  • Apply your technical knowledge and subject matter experience to complete assigned tasks on time, within budget, and respecting the scope provided.

Experiene:

  • At least 3 years of TRIRIGA functional knowledge (RE Lease, Capital Project, Space Management, etc).
  • Understand and document business processes and system requirements.
  • Create technical design documents in and around the TRIRIGA Application Platform and integrations around mentioned solutions.
  • Create and manage the development of TRIRIGA application changes and new development which involves:
    • Portal Designing
    • Label Modifications
    • Form Configurations
    • Workflows Programming
    • Native TRIRIGA Reports Development
    • BIRT Reports Development
    • TRIRIGA Security Configuration
  • Create and manage integrations using TRIRIGA Business Connect, TRIRIGA Data Connect, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Linux Shell scripting, and MS Windows Batch programming.
  • Create OM migration packages, porting and uploading to different systems, and coordinate with many offshore resources to ensure efficient quality and technical delivery of products and solutions.
  • Ability to interpret documented requirements and communicate with technical (software) teams.
  • Ability to work with maintenance technicians, stakeholders, and technical staff.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Education:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience with an AA/AS degree
  • Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience with a BS degree
  • Preferred: TRIRIGA certifications

Additional Requirements:

  • Self-motivation and desire to always deliver with excellence.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask.
  • High attention to detail.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Ability to meet Federal & DoD Gov't security background checks, HSPD-12, Fingerprinting, plus agency-specific screening.
  • 2+ years successfully working from home or remote location, with minimal supervision.
  • Operate within a NIST 800-171 compliant security environment internally and able to support all client-required cyber security data and operational processes. Value and protect company, colleague, and customer data.
  • Operate within a home office environment that provides adequate workspace and high-speed internet connectivity.
