Please note: This is a part time role at 28 hours per week.

Shift is Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

About you

You're a dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic who has a positive, customer-centric approach to your work.

In this role, you will...

  • Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and property during the day.

  • Assist the Building Engineer and company vendors as needed.

  • Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment - promptly reporting all that requires repair.

  • Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services

What you'll bring

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 - 2 years' experience

  • Effective communication skills

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS)

  • Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry
