We are hiring immediately for a Senior Facilities Technician to join our team in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Take direction from the Facility Manager for facility-related services.
• Perform all work in a professional manner paying close attention to safety, efficiency, and industrial maintenance standards.
• Focus on superb customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with all OSHA, ADA and company safety policies.
• Understand the importance of aesthetics and the need to present a professional, highly functioning property.
• Utilize the work order system to receive assignments and record daily activity for tasks, assignments, and projects to ensure accurate metrics.
• Perform preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean and organized storage and work areas.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections and audits.
• Ensure that all tools are in good working condition and stored neatly and securely in the work area.
• Coordinate onsite access for vendors and contractors.
• Provide direct support for facilities projects
• Perform general maintenance and non-maintenance duties
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be willing and able to obtain a Secret security clearance
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation and be willing to use personal vehicle for occasional business needs.
• Ability to work on-site, in the office, M-F 40 hours per week
• Ability to support on-call mission critical work, as scheduled.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Demonstrated experience in using the Internet and Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active security clearance
• Ability to work within and help promote a team environment
• Work with minimal supervision
• EPA 608 Certification
• AED, First Aid, CPR certifications

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
