Wythe County Physician Pract
Description
Provides medical services to patients in an assigned clinic.
Qualifications
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Physician, and in good standing with the Board.
BLS certification within 60 fays f hire.
Ability to be credentialed by WCCH Medical Staff credentialing
Must have United States Dept of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration Controlled Substance Certificate prior to first day of seeing patients.
