Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Analyst to join our team.
As an Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting technical information for data, workflow, logical processes, input and output, interface with other processes or systems and internal and external controls regarding business usage of current-state IT systems.

Responsibilities:

Analyze processes and workflows to understand value chain, input/output, to improve and/or automate business performance.
Participate in an Application Rationalization discussions with architects and business stakeholders around current-state use of IT applications, with an eye towards modernization, consolidation, or elimination of obsolete technology.
Collaborate with various departments to create compelling presentation materials for technical and business pitches, executive meetings, and other important events and summits
Conduct business stakeholder discussions for project artifact approvals
Assist in leading elicitation discussions around current-state applications, by interviewing business stakeholders at the right level of detail and scope to represent all the stakeholder's needs.
Organize and manage a large volume of documents and data using spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint, and other organizational tools
Identify and document key business requirements relating to current-state and future-state needs.
Design templates and create graphics that visually enhance the content of presentations and documents
Document, manage, and follow up on critical action items as a result of business and technical conversations.
Provide training and support to colleagues on effective presentation techniques and web portals, SharePoint, and software tools
Continuously seek to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work with minimum supervision
Ensure that all materials adhere to **** brand guidelines and standards
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, marketing, or communications
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software tools
Proven ability to create visually engaging presentations and documents
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Some background with Financial Services, including awareness of the basic operations and business capabilities of a credit union or bank, and relevant industry standards.
Experience with creating business process documentation, preferably using BPMN 2.
Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and working with senior business stakeholders.
