Sentara is seeking a Physical Therapist - Team Coordinator in Hampton, Virginia

Shift: Days

Location: Sentara Therapy Center Coliseum

Sentara Therapy Center - Coliseum is sensitive to each individual's fitness needs, including the physically limited, the elderly, and those in chronic pain. The entire staff of licensed physical therapists and certified athletic trainers is CPR-certified and is kept current with up-to-date treatment techniques available to athletes of all abilities

As a Physical Therapist - Team Coordinator, you will manage staff and provide on-site supervision for daily operations, coordination of work, quality, and service issues.

Also, Provide patient care staff assignments, coordinate quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues, resource utilization, and liaison activities in support of facility administrators.

Serve as a resource to staff to ensure the quality of work and customer service. Assist with program and staff development, program implementation, policy/procedure development, and compliance.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Level Degree

Active Physical Therapist License

Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred.

Job Summary
