We are actively hiring for Technical Operations Support with TS/SCI clearance and polygraphto join our teamworking in Northern Virginia. You will be responsible for addressing, supporting and implementing Customer directed duties, tasks and objectives specific to unique Customer projects and programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for combining specialized training, advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge of and experience in operational tradecraft to identify opportunities to initiate or enhance foreign intelligence and counterintelligence
• Responsible for supporting the planning, deployment, and administration of current and planned operational activities by providing infrastructure expertise, including ad hoc tasking and projects in an operational support role. Also responsible for exploring and evaluating short- and long-term solutions for operations activities, including capturing and presenting past, current, and future activities for decision makers
• Must have personal integrity; exhibit initiative, creativity, and flexibility; apply interpersonal, communications, and problem-solving skills; and demonstrate ability to collaborate, build a network of IC relationships, and continually learn
• Work travel may be available on an ad hoc basis

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Developmental:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 7-10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 1-4 years of IC experience including experience with implementing blended tasks and working on a multi-discipline team

Full Performance:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's (BA or BS) degree OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 11-13 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 5-7 years of IC experience including experience with implementing blended tasks and working on a multi-discipline team.

Senior:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 14-16 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 8-10 years of IC experience including experience with implementing blended tasks and working on a multi-discipline team.

Expert:

• REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) OR 6 years of experience working in a relevant field in the respective discipline. Consequently, 17+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Must include 11+ years of IC experience including experience with implementing blended tasks and working on a multi-discipline team.
