Job Description
Linxx Global Solutions, Inc. (Linxx) is currently seeking a supervisor. The position is located at the Advanced Training Center (ATC), Harpers Ferry, WV.

Responsibilities
- Ensure scheduling practices are in compliance with contract requirements and is cost effective.
- Assist in identifying training need for subordinates and recommending appropriate action.
- Coordinate the activities of the various shifts and patrols through assigned shift supervisors and other pertinent staff members.
- Sustain a work environment that promotes and encourages an effective flow of communication, continuous process improvement, and teamwork within the organization.
- Review and/or delegate the review of all reports and documents.
- Meet with guard force personnel on a regular basis to identify and address operational and administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as directed by site management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Organizational skills resulting in the effective utilization of resources and personnel to include creating a cooperative and efficient work environment.
- Ability to schedule the workforce.
- Possess user-level computer skills.
- Fluent in the written and spoken English language.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to accurately and completely prepare and maintain files, records, and reports and to convey factual information.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Capable of successfully passing a medical examination, drug screen, and background investigation.
- Ability to present a professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- 5 years security supervisor experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
