Job Description
Salesforce Analyst/Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Analyst/Administrator to support CRM (Salesforce) system administration and similar business intelligence activities for the US sales organization for IGT Devices. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, with the goal of streamlining and improving business processes for end users.

Responsibilities
Understand data structure of current CRM (Salesforce) and other available data sources
Assist in the configuration and implementation of business processes, workflows and applications in Salesforce while adhering to best practice
Provide tier one support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and/or escalation of all incoming user issues and enhancement requests
Communicate regularly with users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality to increase and retain adoption
Assist in maintaining an error free operating environment
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for various internal stakeholders
Monitor data quality to ensure data remains accurate, research Salesforce data issues and assist with data cleanup
Develop role-based training materials delivered through a variety of media
Create system and user documentation as needed, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Reconcile transactions by comparing and adjusting data
Work effectively with users and Salesforce team members toward increased user adoption and success of Salesforce

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) Highly Desired.
SalesForce Admin certification required.
3+ years of CRM (Salesforce.com) experience required.
Certified Salesforce Administrator required, Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder preferred
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Self-motivated, logical and methodical nature
Willing to adapt to change and able to multi-task
Ability to work with a variety of colleagues at varying levels of authority
Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
Well-developed data analysis skills
Must be detail oriented and a problem solver
Ability to perform self-reviews to ensure accuracy and work with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service skills
