Description

Cydecor's additional operational offices across the US provide us the reach and ability to quickly adapt to all emerging customer needs. In line with this mission, Cydecor is working to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) prototype data transport solution for the United States Air Force (USAF). This position supports deployment of COTS, GOTS, and Open-Source solutions in a cloud environment utilizing DevSecOps and Agile. This is a fast-paced, software delivery requirement working with multiple integrators, Capability Providers (CPs)and Agile teams located across the Contiguous US (CONUS).

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide management, guidance and leadership oversight, serving as the primary liaison between Cydecor (corporate HQ) and the Government (USAF) on technical program implementation and contract administration.
  • Serve as the overall Team Lead, Manager of contract personnel, and corporate POC/Liaison for the 5-Year contract effort.
  • Full ownership and oversight of program operations and staff.
  • Develop and maintain engineering, technical and management procedures, and controls.
  • Plan and assist in directing project execution, monitoring and evaluation, metrics and reporting progress/deliverables.
  • Assist in the acquisition, deployment and success of program resources.
  • Oversee, monitor and control budget, logistics and full compliance with contract requirements.
  • Attend, support, and/or brief Government-sponsored meetings, as required, to discuss progress, direction and solutioning of the effort, identifying risk, impediments, delays or non-compliance. issues identified.
  • Occasional travel may be required to various CONUS sites to meet with the government customer or other stakeholder teams.

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university desired, or 10+ years of equivalent experience.

Clearance: DOD SECRET

Geography: Work will be performed at Cydecor approved work site managing a diverse team at multiple CONUS locations
