Our growth rate has exceeded double digits for more than ten years. Cydecor is hiring an FMS Case Manager in Arlington, VA to support our NAVSEA PEO IWS 11 Terminal Defense Systems support contract. This position will provide support to the Terminal Defense System (TDS) PEO IWS 11, in Arlington VA.

Job Responsibilities:

Support IWS 11 (Terminal Defense Systems) in new Phalanx, SeaRAM, and RAM case development and implementation, program management, and in-service/lifetime support programs (~$1B portfolios of acquisition and in-service support cases).

Support preps for International CIWS Program Management Reviews (13 user countries). Coordinate FVR collection and facility access, MPM/DMPM country-by-country read-ahead, recording of meeting minutes and action items, and timely close-out of same.

Support FMS RAM Program Management Reviews, quarterly in-service reports of RAM repair/recertification efforts, and RAM Integration Working Group efforts (e.g., Qatar Corvette Integration Working Groups with Italian Combat System Integrator and shipbuilders).

Direct Support to PEO IWS 11F (FMS Manager)/IWS 11 CIWS/RAM Technical Director in developing IWS 11 TTSARB/ENDP and LO/CLO recommendations and PEO IWS positions to Navy IPO-01 and reviewing related marketing and manufacturing licenses, and strategic planning for CIWS program evolution and international on-ramps.

Support the development and implementation of US third-party and FMS sales. Efforts include drafting and/or reviewing required governmental documentation, participation in Third Party and FMS Sales-related meetings, and interfacing with IWS 4.0, US, and German government activities and industries as necessary to resolve PEO IWS 11 third party actions and issues.

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • 1-3 years professional experience in program/project management Experience supporting acquisition for DoD programs DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process) is preferred.
  • 1-3 years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management in an international program is preferred.
  • Foreign Military Sales

Clearance Required: Must have or be able to obtain DOD SECRET.
