SUMMARY: Seeking a detail oriented, dedicated Service & Parts Department Assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations within the service and parts departments
RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
Answering Telephones
Creation of workorders for the Service & Sales Departments
Creation of invoices from completed workorders, to be sent to customers
Monitor unbilled costs to ensure timely billing
Assist as needed with PO generation
Coordinate the Annual Service Proposal project
Record maintenance – add new clients, update client information for ownership/address changes, etc.
Entry of new equipment and PM schedules
Data Entry, Scanning and Filing documents electronically
Record technician credit card receipts to the Expense system
Cross training in Payable entry, Order entry/Shipping/Receiving in Parts Department
Assist Parts Department with data entry related projects
